Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you and your mini-legend are completely happy with your order from The Backyard Club. However, if you want to return or exchange an item, no problem – we're happy to arrange that for you.

Right of withdrawal

After receiving your order, you have 14 days to decide if you want to return (part of) your order. Within this period, you can return your items without giving a reason.

Return conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions apply:

• The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• The item is, if possible, still in the original packaging.
• Items that have been specially personalized for you (for example with a custom print) unfortunately cannot be returned, unless there is a production error.

How to return?

1. Send an email to info@thebackyardclub.nl with your order number and the items you want to return or exchange.
2. You will receive return instructions from us.
3. Pack the items carefully and send them back to the specified address.

Exchanges

Would you prefer a different size or another basic garment? No problem! Indicate this in your return request, and we will make sure you quickly receive the right item (if in stock).

Refund

Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 7 business days via the payment method you used to pay.

Return costs

The costs for returning a product are at your own expense, unless it concerns an error on our part (for example, an incorrect or damaged item).
