Processing Time
Each order is specially made for you. This means we need an average of 2-4 business days to process your order and prepare it for shipping.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. For orders above a certain amount, we offer free shipping within the Netherlands. You can always see the current shipping costs in your shopping cart.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on your location. Within the Netherlands, you can usually expect your order within 1-3 business days after shipping. For Belgium and other EU countries, delivery may take 3-7 business days.
Track & Trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code. With this, you can easily track your package all the way to your doorstep.
International Shipping
We currently ship to multiple European countries. Would you like to order from another country? Feel free to contact us, and we'll explore the possibilities together.
Not Home During Delivery
Not home during delivery? The delivery person will try again the next day or leave your package at a nearby pickup point. You will always receive a notification about this from the carrier.
