Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with The Backyard Club, located at Dotterbloemkreek 3, 2353JA Leiderdorp and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 92785018.

1. Applicability

These terms apply to every offer from The Backyard Club and to every agreement concluded between The Backyard Club and the consumer.

2. Offers and prices

  • All prices are stated in euros including VAT and excluding shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to change prices and products. Errors and omissions are not binding.

3. Orders and payment

  • Orders can only be placed through our webshop.
  • Payment must be made via the payment methods we offer, including Mollie (iDEAL, credit card, and other payment options).
  • The agreement is concluded when you place the order and the payment has been successfully completed.

4. Delivery

  • We ship orders via PostNL.
  • Delivery time is usually 1-3 business days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated.
  • If delivery is delayed, you will be notified as soon as possible.

5. Shipping and risk

  • The risk of damage or loss of products passes to the consumer as soon as the order has been delivered to the specified delivery address.

6. Right of withdrawal (Returns & Exchanges)

  • You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after receipt of the products without giving any reason.
  • The costs for return shipping are at the expense of the consumer.
  • The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • After receipt of the return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.

7. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

  • Products made to measure or according to the consumer's specifications (e.g., personalized prints) cannot be returned.

8. Warranty

We guarantee the quality of our products. If a product contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us. The statutory warranty applies.

9. Complaints

Complaints must be submitted to us in a timely manner, fully and clearly described via info@thebackyardclub.nl. We strive to respond substantively within 14 days.

10. Liability

The Backyard Club is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of the products or by circumstances beyond our control.

11. Applicable law

Only Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
